DAR Members Making Masks to Donate to Local Hospital

     We have learned that Novant is accepting handmade masks. If you are a sewer and can help
     in this effort I have attached a link that gives instructions on how to construct masks. If you
     join the effort, be sure to keep a count and let me know as National is keeping track of the
     numbers. Also, take pictures and send to me.

     I just viewed the above video and the masks do look very easy to make.
    Hope many of the viewers will decide to make masks to donate.

     I made 36 masks for neighbors and the Novant hospital today. Anyone have any extra elastic?

DAR member Emma Lou Edwards shared the three photos below of the masks she has made and donated 50 masks to Autumn Care of Shallotte last week. She is making more but needs to order elastic. It seems Carol Jutte has the same problem. Does anyone have elastic that they aren't using?
