Liberty Mountain - The Revolutionary Drama

All SAR/DAR/CAR Invited to Attend!   It's our 1st SAR/DAR/CAR Night at "Liberty Mountain" in Kings Mountain for an evening of BBQ and Revolutionary War drama! Date:  Saturday, June 25, 2016 Time:  Covered tent BBQ buffet begins at 6:00pm             "Liberty Mountain" drama begins at 7:30pm Where:   Kings Mountain Little Theatre, 202 S Railroad Ave., Kings Mountain, NC 28086 Costs:   Tickets are $15 each for "Liberty Mountain" and $10 each for the BBQ Buffet! Memorial Day Ceremony on May 30th in Southport, NC

Memorial Day Ceremony

The Richard H. Stewart, Jr. American Legion Post 543's Memorial Day ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday (5/30) at the Veterans Memorial near St. James Plantation Town Hall on NC 211.  The ceremony will include patriotic pieces performed by soloist Lois Moore.  The Post 543 Honor Guard will present colors and a memorial wreath will be laid, followed by the playing of "Taps."  Chaplain Randy Cash will be the guest speaker.  Click here for additional details.  Seating will be provided but parking is limited (carpooling is strongly encouraged).
