The Junior American Citizens of Brunswick County and prospective Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.)

The Junior American Citizens of Brunswick County and prospective Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.) members held their first outing at the North Carolina Maritime Museum in Southport.  Lori Sanderlin, education coordinator, presented a program on Native American life in the Cape Fear region and had the children make clay pinch pots.  The Junior American Citizens (JAC) is an American history club open to all students, preschool through grade twelve.  For more information about the JAC or C.A.R., please contact Dawn Schulte at mhock@atmc.net .
