Brunswick Town DAR Members Volunteered to Remove Wreaths from the Veterans graves on Saturday, January 19th

Jeanne Nelson, Donna Agopsowicz and Fran Carlsen removed wreaths on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Wilmington National Cemetery from the Veterans graves for Wreaths Across America. Everyone got up bright and early to be there at 9AM. Fortunately, there were a lot of volunteers there to help removed the over 5,000+ wreaths.

High School junior, Gage Griffin from Wilmington, NC participated in the clean up of the wreaths on Saturday, January 19th in order to earn community service hours. From the excellent photos that his grandparents took you can see he was a hard worker.
