Grave Rededication and Wreath Laying for the Honorable Alfred Moore on May 5, 2018

Friday evening the group had dinner at The Founder's Club at St. James Plantation, which was arranged by Phyllis Wilson, Historian of the Brunswick Town Chapter. A special thanks goes to Christine Urick, who snapped quite a few photos that night along with the photographs taken the next day at the Wreath Laying at Brunswick Town.


Look at the beautiful centerpieces that were made by Marcia Rowbottom the chairman of this event and a member of the Alfred Moore Chapter.



This is a photo of Emma, a musical DAR bear that sings "God Bless America" when you press her paw. She was a hit at the Friday evening dinner and was invited by Marcia Rowbottom to lead the attendees at the Grave marking in singing "God Bless America."

Sponsoring a lunch at historic Shaw House in Southern Pines to help their fundraiser.
Leading a group of members to create a Keep our Streets Clean project, litter collection and chairing a huge tag sale.
