CONSTITUTION MINUTE 
            During the Supreme Court’s first term in 1790, it had no docket and made no decisions. When the nation’s capital moved to Washington, D.C. in 1800, it did not even have a courtroom.  Congress provided a small committee room in the basement of the Capitol, where the court remained until the Civil War.           
CONSTITUTION MINUTE QUESTION:
Only one U.S. President served as a Supreme Court justice.  Who was he?
CLUE – He was also the president known for his girth and the myth that he got stuck in the White House tub.
