Constitution Week, September 17-23

The Brunswick Town Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is joining the national celebration of Constitution Week, September 17-23.  The week-long commemoration of America’s most important document is one of the country’s least known official observances.  The Constitution stands as a testament to the tenacity of Americans throughout history to maintain their liberties and freedom, and to ensure those inalienable rights to every American. The DAR invites all churches, schools, courthouses, fire houses, veterans' homes, city governments, and individuals to participate in Bells Across America to commemorate Constitution Week by ringing bells on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 4:00PM.
