Memorial Day
Ceremony
May 30
The
Richard H. Stewart, Jr. American Legion Post 543's Memorial Day ceremony will
begin at 11:00 AM on Monday (5/30) at the Veterans Memorial near St. James Plantation Town Hall
on NC 211. The ceremony will include patriotic pieces performed by
soloist Lois Moore. The Post 543 Honor Guard will present colors and a
memorial wreath will be laid, followed by the playing of
"Taps." Chaplain Randy Cash will be the guest speaker. Click

limited (carpooling is strongly encouraged). In the event of inclement weather,
the ceremony will take place inside the SJ Community Center. Submitted by
