She has organized a guild for Nantucket basket weavers in Eastern North Carolina. She has taught reed basket weaving locally at Brunswick Community College. Ann is a recipient of two Brunswick Arts Council grants to advance her skills, she continues to teach, collect, and exhibit her baskets.
